White; her children, Michael Paul White (Maggie) of Highland and Melissa Ann White of Las Vegas, Nevada; her grandsons, Darren, Chase Simmons, Tristian and Nathan White; and her brothers, David (Marlene) of Springhill, Thomas Yakubik (Angela) of Kinsman and Daniel Yakubik.

A homemaker and devout Christian, Faith served as the organist for Glenn Christian Foundation Church for many years.
