He is survived by: his children, Frank T. Bielecki of Livermore, CA, Andrew R. Bielecki Sr. of Warren, OH and Janice Allard (Kevin) of Hilliard, OH; his grandsons, Andrew R. Jr. Bielecki (Marybeth), Anthony M. Bielecki and Robert Goodson; and his sister Wladz "Virginia" Makosky of Warren. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
