He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Holko and Mary Evan Holko; and his siblings, Mike, George, John, Andrew, Joe, Steve, Paul, Peter, Ed, Mary Slavik and Elizabeth Balash.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Zakrajsek; his sons, Dennis Holko (Laura) and Jerry Holko (Dorothy); his grandchildren, Chad Holko (Nicole), Craig Holko (Stephanie), Megan Krcal (Richard) and Mallory Gabrovsek (Stephen); and his great grandchildren, Luke, Lily Holko, Logan and Hannah Gabrovsek.
