He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Calvin (Messersmith) and Arthur L. Calvin. He is survived by: his wife Andrea Calvin (Lees); his daughters, Jodi Gump (Ed Shaker), Wendi McMahon (Kevin) and Mollie Peterson (Rick); and his grandchildren, Meaghan, Justin, Lauren, Kaitlyn, Cameron, Andrew, Alyson, Brandon, Ryan and Carson. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
