He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Krempasky and Mildred "Millie" Krempasky (Haller); and his pet Cassy. He is survived by: his children, Mark Krempasky of Youngstown and Crystal Garlock (Dustin) of Girard; his grandchildren, Kendall, Genevieve and Garrett Krempasky; and his siblings, Karen Toda Caldwell (William) of Hilton Head, SC and David Krempasky (Donna) of Lockhaven, PA.. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
