He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ciuba and Anne Ciuba (Pielech); his brother-in-law John Rogan Jr.; his aunt Julie Suchadolski; Jack and Agnes Rogan.
He is survived by: his children, Camila, Avia and Zelia; his brothers, Reverend German Ciuba of Youngstown and Mark Ciuba of Linden, NJ; his sister-in-law Deborah Rogan; Margaret Mary Conway. He is also survived by his 6 sons and their wives/girlfriends and children.
