Caufield; his wife Dorothy Dishong; his children, Melissa Falfas (Paul), Carrie Grimes (Rob) and Neely Dishong; his grandchildren, Ryley, Christopher, Kendyl, Cale, Ty, Ben and Garrett; his sisters, Paula Clark and Lonnie D. Gibson; and his brother-in-law Jim Ahern (Jeannie).
