He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Rex Roy and Karen Roy (Westfall) of Champion; his wife Kelley J. Roy (Vasil); his son Brandon Roy (Samantha) of Bristolville; and his siblings, Melanie Shoaf of Howland, Trisha Roy of Champion and Christopher Roy of Warren.
