He was predeceased by: his parents, John Domen and Mary Domen (Levalo); and his wife Frances Jean Berkshire Domen. He is survived by: his siblings, Elgy and Julia; and his sons, Dr Ronald E. Domen (Kate) of Hummelstown and Mark A. Domen (Mary Jo) of Bowie.
