He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kiriazis and Mary Nicholas Kiriazis; his wife Thareni Zervas Kiriazis; his brothers, Michael (Eileen), Samuel (Christina) and James (Isabel); and his sister-in-law Aspasia Garkinos (Nickolaos).
He is survived by: his children, Steve Kiriazis (Andriana) and Maria Vasilakis (Spyro); his great grandchildren, Michael and Stavros Dosch; and his brother William Kiriazis (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
