She is survived by: her husband James H. Hagan of Warren, OH; her children, Bryan Ayres of Warren, OH, Melissa Chaney (Darryl) of Bazetta, OH and Gina (Dewayne); her stepdaughter Leslie Hagan of Louisville, KY; her brothers, Donald Winkleman (Edna) of Warren, OH and Jeffrey Winkleman of Southington, OH; her grandchildren, TJ (Felicia), Carissa (Blair), Brandon, Ryan and Nicole; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Lorelei, Luciana and Ellie.
The family requests that material contributions be made to the North Mar Church Benevolent Fund, or to the Moose Heart Moose International fund (), in her memory.
