He is survived by: his wife Georgetta Donley (Stiles); his children, Shawn Donley (Marianne) and Keri Sweeney (Michael); his stepchildren, Justin Downing, Melissa Vandegrift and Melinda Henderlight (Jay); his granddaughter Carmella Stoyle; and his stepgrandchildren, Michael Vandegrift and Bridget Sweeney.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
