Frontz (Tara) of Wooster, Steven Cook of Wooster and Kyra Phillips (Dana) of Wooster; his grandchildren, Ever, Ezra Frontz, Lana Frontz, Myla Phillips, Summer Phillips and Mara Phillips; his sisters, Liz Hardesty (Bryan) of Lore City, Pam Wilson (Ken) of Texas and Bobbi Helmick (Jim) of Illinois; and his aunt Shirley Miracle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
