She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Perry Sr. and Velma Perry (Nyard); her husband Kenneth W. Evans; and her siblings, Veatrice Gardner, Norma Johnson, Elizabeth Perry, Velma Vaughn, Ellen Robinson, Henry Perry, Norman Perry, Jr. and Elmer Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Cottle (Joe), Becky Christy (Clark), Maribeth Whisonant (Rick), Kenneth J. Evans (Phyllis Shepherd) and Daniel Evans; and her siblings, Lois Sferra, Debra Cook (Bob) and Richard Perry (Mabel). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
