He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Rhine and Leota Rhine (Moser); his wife Doreen Rhine (Moore); his children, Melissa Thompson of Bristolville and Kenneth Rhine (Alexis Givens) of Howland; and his grandchildren, Scott Thompson, Aiden Thompson, Kenny Rhine, Jr., Hunter Rhine, Gage Rhine, Caliann Rhine and Willow Rhine.
