He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene W. Blackburn and Florence A. Blackburn (Wiegriff); and his wife Marion M. Blackburn (Pennington). He is survived by: his daughter Richelle J. Drum (Regina L. Weaver) of Newton Falls. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
