She was predeceased by: her husband Mohammad Sabihi. She is survived by: her children, Massoud Sabihi (Shiva), Mahmood Sabihi (Susan) and Mahshid Teimoori (Behzad); and her grandchildren, Sara Sabihi (Josh), Samira Malakooti (Nima), Samantha Sabihi (Owen), Sean Sabihi (Angelica), Maryam Zare (Vargha) and Mina Nikakhtar (Farhang). She is also survived by three children, six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Bahá'í Fund (open to Bahá'ís only) or the Tahirih Justice Center (open to all) in Iran Sabihi's name.
