He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard L. Scott Sr. and Virginia P. Scott (Ramsey); his son Isaac R. Scott, Jr.; and his brothers, Willard L. Scott, Jr. and Charlie Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Scott (Millard) of Warren, OH; his children, Jeffrey Scott (Tammy) of Bristolville, OH and Sandra Dolan (Daniel) of Brunswick, OH; his brother John Scott (Barbara); his grandchildren, Jennifer Scott, Ramsey Scott, Kassandra DiThomas (Mark), Conor Dolan, Brigid Redka (Ryan) and Erin Pope (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Alex Scott, Isaac Scott IV, Everett Redka and Finley-Annette Redka.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the North Mar Church (3855 E Market St, Warren, OH 44484). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Crown Hill Burial Park (3966 Warren - Sharon Rd, Vienna, OH 44473).
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made to North Mar Church Food Pantry in Ike's name.
