He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Spehar and Katherine Vlauch Spehar; his wife Earline; and his brothers, Peter Spehar, Jacob Spehar, Mario Spehar and Walter Spehar.
He is survived by: his son Ivan E. Spehar (Linda); his grandson Dalton Spehar of Austintown; his stepchildren, Bill Stark (Elaine) and Brenda Barr (Tom); and his siblings, Tony Spehar (Mary) of Canada, Alojz Spehar (Barbara) of Canada and Ann Kuzar (Tony) of Slovenia.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made in memory of Ivan to the Holy Apostles Church in Youngstown, Ohio.
