He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Crawford and Hazel Crawford; his sister Jean Ditcher; and his daughter Gail Crawford. He is survived by: his wife Donna Koehler Crawford; his brother Bob Crawford; and his children, Jack R. Crawford, Jr. (Marylou) of Cleveland, Cathy Carr (Jeff) of Fowler and Becky Delung (Eric) of Fowler. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren and multiple great-grandchildren.
