He was predeceased by: his parents, David Thompson and Clara Thompson (Bohl); his brother Edward; and his daughter Cynthia. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his sons, James (Lenise), Dennis and Timothy (Ana); and his brother Charles (Noreen). He is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
