He is survived by: his wife Holly Shugart; his daughter Captain Jill Shugart-Hughes (Doug Hughes) of Decatur, GA; his granddaughter Rose; his sister Nancy Zwicker (Fred) of Canfield; his niece Lisa Fauvie of Howland; his nephews, Harley Kellar (Sandy) of Howland and Bob Zwicker (Tina) of Canfield; his stepson Howard Winkleman of Warren; and his pets, Lucy and Zeke.
