She was predeceased by: her sister Courtney Ellen Cage; and her grandparents, Clifford, Rita Berry, Thomas U. and Angie Cage (Rufo).
She is survived by: her parents, James A. Cage of Warren and Madeline Cage (Berry) of Girard; her sisters, Ashley Shaw (Bion) of Champion and Amy King (John) of Sumter, SC; her nephew Devin Felix; her nieces, Alexis Seman, Asia King and Jacqueline Seman; and her great-niece Lylah. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jamie's name to The Cleveland Clinic Cardiac Critical Care Unit (J5) in the Miller Familv Heart & Vascular facility.
