Though Jean may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jean touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ercel Bronson and Don Bronson; her husband Richard Frye; her brother Robert Bronson; her son Ronald Frye; and her grandson Michael Howell.

She is survived by: her daughter Jacalyn Sladovic (Frye); her daughter-in-law Ruth Frye; and her grandchildren, Michael B. Sladovic and Rhonda Reed. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
