She is survived by: her children, Dianne Wassil, Dr. Kimberly Green Lustig (Shawn), Lisa Burgess (Charles), Tracy Huston (Darl) and Mitchell Green (Heather); her siblings, Linda Humphrey and John Bowman; and her grandchildren, Lauren, Miranda, Mariah, Lacey Liam, Aliyah, Campbell, Charlie, Jack, Timmy, Gabby, Bert, Sarah and Kaitlynn.
In lieu of flowers, Jan's family is encouraging donations to Hospice of the Valley by Compassus Hospice House 9803 Sharrott Rd, Poland, Ohio 44514 for the comfort provided in her final days.
