He is survived by: his wife Helena Janis; his sons, Justin Ryan Mullett (Heather) of Struthers, Edward James Mullett of Warren and Sean Anthony Mullett of Cortland; his grandchildren, Jaden, Mason and Jasmine; and his pets, Maxxi and Abby.
