He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Gilligan (Grimwood); his children, Cindy Zeter (Tim), Dawn Williams (Ralph), Jerry Gilligan (Dorothy), Melissa Kale and Tod Gilligan (Stephanie); his siblings, Rowene, Patty, Iona, Judy, Kathleen, Christine, Mary Beth, Michael and Karen; his grandchildren, Michael (Ashley), Lauren, Conner, Gauge, Hannah (Justin), Hunter and Courtney; and his great grandchildren, Knox, Greyson, Emery and Wyatt.
