It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jess Alvin Wilburn (Warren, Ohio), born in Vanceburg, Kentucky, who passed away on December 23, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wilburn and Nola Francis Wilburn (Stone); his son Richard Wilburn; his sister Marge Brown; and his son-in-law Christopher Prokes.

He is survived by: his wife Rosa Wilburn of Warren, OH; his children, Edwin Wilburn (Melanie) of Ravenna, OH, Jonny Wilburn (Mary Kay) of Liberty, OH, Terry Wilburn of Warren, OH and Shirley Prokes of Warren, OH; his stepchildren, Harold Wildner of Germany and Bridgette Schlotzer (Manfred) of Germany; and his sisters, Shirley and Helen Cooley. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests any material contributions be made to St. Jude's Hospital.
