She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Wise and Grace Wise (Watkins); her husband Jack (Jack); and her brothers, Gerald and Dennis.
She is survived by: her brother David; her children, Jeff (Debbie), John (Laurel), Jerry (Julie), Jamie (Lee Ann) and Julie (Jeff); her grandchildren, Chelsea, Matt, Bubba, Tara, Jenna, Jilaine, Joanie, Taylor, Hayley, Lauren and David; and her great grandchildren, Grace, Hailey, Ryleigh, Jackson, Juliet, Tenley, Teagan, Sophie, Tyleigh and Elena Ann.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the North Mar Church (3855 E Market St, Warren, OH 44484).
