She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Pettit and Elsie Pettit (Beckwith); her husband Douglas Shively; her children, Jeffrey Shively, Douglas Keith Shively and Pamela Shively; and her siblings, Virginia Pettit Tod and John Pettit.
She is survived by: her son Frank Shively of Warren. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
