He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Laurie Bower of Warren and Michael Bower of Vienna; his grandson Jacob Bower; his sister Bonnie Evans of Howland; and his nieces, Karen Blair, Sharon Rumbarger and Kathy Evans.
