He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cash and Margaret Cash of Warren, Ohio.; and his sons, Lonnie Osburne and Brandon Cash. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Cash; his daughter Amber Border (Michael) of Niles; his siblings, Eddie Cash of Warren, Margaret Wamer of Warren, Lisa Reisinger (Dennis) of Warren and Dunstin Baines of South Carolina; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel Border and Layla Campbell.
