He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert R. Lively and Betty Jean Stocker (Rosenberger); and his brother Donald Lively. He is survived by: his wife Marian "Susie" S. Lively; his daughter Jennifer Alcorn (David); his sister Debra Dorchock; his granddaughters, Jade Stahl (Jonathan), Hanna Lichty (Brandon Scheel) and Mickayla Lichty (Zack Dean); his great grandchildren, Hazel, Benjamin and Samuel; his niece Alyson Beckham; his nephew Scott Dorchock; and his pet Molly.
