He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph, Mary, Steve, Paul, JoAnne and Bill; his parents, Josef and Anna; his wife Marlene Teresa Tomko; and his grandson Nathan Mrofchak.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Cristo (Marty) of Cincinnati, Marty Mrofchak (Kathy) of Warren and John Mrofchak (Keli) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Stephanie Kokrak (Jason), Adam Mrofchak (Danielle), Molly Mrofchak-Buszek (Jake) and Anna Cristo; and his great grandchildren, Allie, Emma Mrofchak, Declan and Landon Kokrak.
