He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Neilan and Mary Neilan (Mosko); and his siblings, Michael R. "Sonny" Neilan and Mary Veronica Walsh (William). He is survived by: his wife Teresa Neilan of Howland; his children, Michael Neilan of Warren, Robert Neilan of Gates Mills, John B. Neilan of Aventura and Dr. Susan Neilan of Akron; his grandchildren, Leah and Kennedy; and his siblings, Tom Neilan (Carol) of Niles, Ann DiDomenico (Carmen) of Niles and Kathryn Santone (Carmen) of Warren. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
