He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Rowlands and Opal Rowlands (Boyd). He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Wise Rowlands; his children, Jeff (Debbie), John (Laurel), Jerry (Julie), Jamie (Lee Ann) and Julie (Jeff); his grandchildren, Chelsea, Matt, Bubba, Tara, Jenna, Jilaine, Joanie, Taylor, Hayley, Lauren and David; and his great grandchildren, Grace, Hailey, Ryleigh, Jackson, Juliet, Tenley, Teagan and Sophie.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Howland Fire Department and/or North Mar Church.
