She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Andrus and Velma Andrus (Roberts); her husband John Alan Fowler; and her daughter Pamela M. Dickens. She is survived by: her son John Edward Fowler (Lyndsay); her grandchildren, Jacob, Elizabeth and Lincoln; her brother Gail Andrus (Karen); her niece Nicole; and her nephew Matt.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481).
