She was predeceased by: her parents, Ryan Kelly and Rose McElhaney (Schneider); her husband Thomas Henry Tisher; her sons, Patrick Tisher and Shawn Tisher; her sisters, Gertrude "Gert" Swonger (Clarence), Patricia "Pat" Obradovich (Mike) and Justine "Tina" Bycraft (Gene); her nephew Ryan Naylor; her in-law Henry Tisher (Gladys); her brothers, Ken Tisher (Ann) and Harold Stanley (Marian); and her great-nephew Kenny Tisher.
She is survived by: her niece Caitlin Williams; her daughters, Sheryl Berg (Rick) of Smyrna, GA and Sandy Flower (Greig) of Warren, OH; her grandchildren, Bridget Van Huffel of Smyrna, GA, Amy Van Klinger (Ali) of Columbus, OH, Lauren Berg of Chicago, IL, Isaac Berg of Marietta, GA, Shawn Thomas Tisher of Warren, OH and Jesse Ellsworth of Toledo, OH; her great grandchildren, Amina Tisher and Marty Van Klinger; and her caregiver Liz Fabian (Michael).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
