Kathy Raines Obituary
In loving memory of Kathy Raines of Warren, Ohio, born in Petersburg, West Virginia, who departed this world on April 30, 2024 at the age of 69. Though Kathy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kathy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Raines and Ruby Lough Raines; and her niece Danelle Raines. She is survived by: her siblings, Debbie Falatic, Candace Swindler, Larry, Terry and Fred Raines; and her pet Precious. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
