He is survived by: his mother Anita Louise Elkins Caldwell of Warren; his children, Keith Alexander Caldwell Jr. of Northeast, MD, Alexandria Perry (Jacob) of Northeast, MD, Cassandra Anita Caldwell of Rising Sun, MD and Jasmine Caldwell of Northeast, MD; and his siblings, Howard Avery Caldwell Sr. (Tanya) of Havre de Grace, MD, John Jerome Caldwell (Michelle) of Warren and Cleondus Marie Sangster (Jon) of Columbus. He is also survived by six grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
