He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Rose and Marjorie Rose (Johnson); his wife Lorie Ann Kernal; and his brother Larry Rose. He is survived by: his son Kenneth Rose, Jr. (Susan) of Champmanville, WV; his sister Ruth A. Ives of Warren; his grandchildren, Sarah and Sammie; and his great grandchild Anna.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
