He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Stevens and Agnes Stevens (Knight); his wife Linda Burton Stevens; and his son Kenneth Stevens, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Georgia, Shawn (JoAnn) of McDonald, Ed of McDonald, Andrea Coates (Ray) of Lexington and Jeff Steiner (Andrea) of Fowler. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
