He was predeceased by : his mother Susan Bowen (Baker). He is survived by : his father James Bowen; his wife Jennifer Bowen of Warren, OH; his children, Jessica Miller (Brian) of Warren, OH, Rheanna Bowen (Alex), KJ Bowen of Parma, OH and Kelly Dorgan (Sean) of Cincinnati, OH; and his sister Denise Retay (Chuck) of Cleveland, OH. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
