He was predeceased by: his father John Wise; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his mother Betsy Wiley Wise (Stacey); his children, Marissa Wise, Zachary Wise, Heather Shaver, Rachael Shaver and Amanda Boehm; his grandsons, Carter, Theo Boehm and Bryson Wright; and his sisters, Esther Wise, Vanessa Hamilton, Doreen Anderson and Yvonne Flores. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many good friends.

Social distancing will be observed and expected and a mask will be required to enter the funeral home.
