She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Higinbotham and Frankie Stonebraker Higinbotham; her husband Frank Pernice; and her brothers, Joseph C. Higinbotham and Randy Higinbotham.
She is survived by: her son Shayne Pernice; her stepchildren, Joe Pernice, James Pernice and Teresa Young; her siblings, Melia Kripchak and Eugene Higinbothom (Theresa); her sister-in-law Brenda Higinbotham; and her cousin Connie Littell (Laura). She is also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
