He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl White and Myrtle White. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Freeman; his daughters, Tina White and Wendy Munroe (Terry); his stepchildren, Judy Carey (Brian) and Terry Daugherty; and his grandchildren, Alex Kubilis, Anthony Kubilis, Ashlee Kubilis, Heather Carey and Joshua White. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
