She was predeceased by: her parents, Parkies Cobb and Lovie Lee Emory Cobb Sr.; her daughter Kyyanna Lanette Hubbard-Scocchera; and her brothers, Isaiah Cobb and Cleotis Cobb.

She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Hubbard; her sons, Terrance Hubbard of Warren, Tevin Hubbard of Philadelphia, PA, Isaiah Hubbard of Charlotte, NC, Xzavier Hubbard of Charlotte, NC, Jerell Hubbard of Youngstown and Terel Hubbard of Warren; and her siblings, Parkies Cobb Jr. of Warren, Vincent E. Cobb Sr. (Darlene) of Syracuse, NY, John E. Cobb Sr. of Columbus, Melvin D. Cobb of Columbus, Richard D. Cobb Sr. of Columbus, Jeffrey Lee Cobb of Warren and Sandra A. Cobb of Columbus. She is also survived by relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 12:00 p. m., at the Hoyt Street Flourishing Ministries COGIC, with Calling Hours from 11:00 a. m.-12:00 p. m. Masks are suggested.
