He was predeceased by: his parents, L. D. Revis and Blanche Revis (Unger); his former wife Lois Revis; his son Robert; and his brothers, Robert and Ralph.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Horton; and his children, David (Florence) of Champion, OH, Elaine of Chesterland, OH, Timothy of Southington, OH, John (Jackie) of Warren, OH and Mark (Sonya) of Warren, OH. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
