Skaggs; her daughters, Judy Parsons (Larry) of Canfield and Kimberly Heater (Kevin) of Vienna; her grandchildren, Jared Parsons (Ashlee) of Gates Mills, Nathan Parsons of Boardman, Krissie Kester (Ron) of Vienna and Kasey Heater of Lakewood; and her great grandchildren, Kevin, Kamron, Kenzie and Kylie Kester. She is also survived by mother, and proud nana to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
