She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence J. Quiggle and Blanche O. Quiggle (Williams); her husband John A. Ris; her children, Robert Cook and Mary Phillips; and her brothers, George Quiggle, Donald, Emery, Robert, Carl and Harry Quiggle.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Phillips of Austintown, OH and Martha Marvin (Terry) of Leavittsburg, OH; her grandchildren, Mike, Tracie, Daniel (Sam), Michelle (Shaun) and Terrance (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Alex (Kristi), Tiffany (Jake), Cassidy (Zack), Owen, Jeseca and Veronica. She is also survived by four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
